As a member of our team, you will take ownership of real-world projects that directly impact the community while building a powerful portfolio for your own future college applications and career. Depending on your strengths and interests, you will dive into one of four core areas:

1. Weekly Content Creation: You’ll produce one short, engaging video per week breaking down a financial concept or recent economic news to make financial literacy viral and accessible. The Experience: You’ll master digital marketing, social media algorithms, video editing, and modern brand communication.

2. Article Writing & Financial Journalism: If you choose to cover current financial news for your video, you will also author a brief, accompanying article about the topic. (Note: The use of AI tools to assist you with research, scripting, or writing is fully permitted!) The Experience: You’ll sharpen your research abilities, commercial writing skills, and learn how to synthesize complex market data into readable insights.

3. Advocacy & Grassroots Outreach: Beyond digital content, you will participate in petition promotion events and financial advocacy initiatives to drive real-world policy change across Taiwan. The Experience: You’ll gain hands-on experience in community organizing, public relations, and civic advocacy.

4. Public Speaking & Workshop Leadership: You’ll step up to create professional presentations and pitch deck slides, eventually leading our virtual workshops as an instructor to teach financial literacy directly to our community. The Experience: You’ll conquer public speaking anxiety and build elite communication, leadership, and stage-presence skills that will set you apart anywhere.
